The 15th Dusty Plasma Workshop will be held at The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport – BWI, located close to the cities of Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC.
Attendants will receive a special rate of $126 per room (plus applicable taxes and fees), per day, but rooms at this rate are limited and must be booked before the end of May 11, 2018 to receive the rate (subject to availability). Hot Buffet Breakfast is included in this rate.

BWI Airport Shuttle and Transportation Options
The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport Hotel is located just over two miles from BWI Airport. When you arrive at baggage claim, simply call the hotel at (443) 577-2300 to notify the hotel of your arrival and location and the driver will meet you curbside. When it’s time for you to travel home, please inform the front desk, who will be happy to arrange your return trip from the hotel. To ensure smooth transit, we suggest adding an additional 15-20 minutes to your departure schedule.

For those who choose to rent a car while in town, there are a variety of rental car companies located just a short ride from the BWI airport. Just follow signs at the baggage claim and you will meet a shuttle to bring you to the car rental terminal.
If you do not wish to rent a car from the airport but require one while you’re in town, the hotel has two Zip Cars available for use, contact the front desk for pricing and details. In addition, there are taxis readily available at the airport to bring you to the hotel.
